Red Bull Showrun × Powered by Honda: Urban F1 Showrun event / 都市型F1ショーランイベント

In April 2025, we played a significant role in realizing the “Red Bull Showrun x Powered by Honda,” an event in which Formula 1 cars goes flat out in the public road of Tokyo Odaiba Special Course.

Our Responsibilities Included:
- Administrative coordination and permit applications
- Road use permits (police stations)
- Road use and occupancy permits (Bureau of Port and Harbor / Bureau of Construction / the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism)
- Exclusive use application for Seaside parks (Tokyo Port Management Office)
- Application for self-funded construction work, application for lifting the period of restraint on self-funded construction work (Bureau of Port and Harbor, Bureau of Construction)
- Removal of median strips (3 locations)
- Explanations and negotiations with local residents and facilities
- Course layout design and temporary construction management
- On-site operational management (overall coordination, personnel allocation, progress management, etc.)
- Security plan formulation and on-site security system establishment
Security planning and establishment of day-of security system - Event secretariat operation and coordination with various parties

In an unprecedented case of a large-scale public road event in an urban area, our company, through meticulous coordination with government agencies, the police, and the local community, made it possible to hold the event in a short preparation period of just under two months.
We supported the smooth operation with a one-stop system encompassing safety, construction, and progress management.

2025年4月、東京・お台場にて開催されたF1マシンによる公道走行イベント「Red Bull Showrun × Powered by Honda」において、当社は本イベントの実現に向けた重要業務を多数担当いたしました。

- 行政調整・許認可申請
- 道路使用許可（警察署）
- 道路使用・占用申請（港湾局・建設局・国土交通省
- 海上公園専用申請（東京港管理事務所）
- 自費工事申請、自費工事抑制期間解除申請（建設局・港湾局）
- 中央分離帯撤去 3カ所
- 近隣住民・施設への説明および交渉
- コースレイアウト設計・仮設施工管理
- 当日運営管理（全体統括・人員配置・進行管理等）
- 警備計画策定・当日警備体制構築
- イベント事務局の運営および各所調整対応

都市部における大規模公道イベントという前例の少ない事例において、当社は行政・警察・地域との綿密な調整を通じ、わずか2ヵ月弱という準備期間でイベント実施を可能にしました。
安全・施工・進行管理を含めたワンストップ体制で、円滑な運営を支援いたしました。
